A 10% service fee and a 13% Goods and Services Tax will be charged on all bookings.
All rates include complimentary butler service, laundry service, daily continental breakfast, twice daily housekeeping and access to kayaks, equipment for water activities, our fitness facility, and the tennis/basketball court. A minimum stay of 14 nights is required during Festive Season. A minimum stay of 4 nights is required during all other seasons. We offer a limited occupancy option at 30% off the listed nightly rates for the Blue Diamond, which is available for guests that would like to book 2 bedrooms or less. Festive season is excluded from this offering.
The Blue Diamond is available as a standalone five and a half bedroom villa or it can be combined with the Petit Topaz for a total of six and a half bedrooms. It can fit up to 11 people alone or 15 people with the Petit Topaz.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• 50% deposit due at the time of booking
• Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival for Low, Mid, and High Season bookings
• Remaining balance due 120 days prior to arrival for Festive Season bookings
• Low, Mid, and High Season booking cancellations made more than 60 days in advance of arrival date will be refunded (less any wire transfer, ACH, or credit card fees paid by the property).
• Low, Mid, and High Season booking cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival can be rebooked for new dates (pending availability) with the initial 50% deposit applied to the cost of the new booking.
• Festive Season bookings require cancellations made 120 days in advance of arrival date for a deposit refund, (less any wire transfer, ACH, or credit card fees paid by the property).
• We strongly recommend trip insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances, which may result in your vacation being delayed or cancelled.
